Return & Refund Policy (Skincare & Haircare Products)

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and safety standards for all personal care items.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and sealed products.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Opened, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • Return requests must include order details and product images.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund approval will be processed.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged product sent.

Damaged/Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
  • Replacement or refund will be provided after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened skincare or haircare products
  • Used products
  • Items purchased on clearance or special promotions (if mentioned at purchase)

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
